Early Morning Crash Kills Pedestrian in Tampa

Tampa, FL (4/6/2020) – A pedestrian was hit and killed Monday morning while walking down the street in Tampa. The accident occurred on Adamo drive near 28th Street around 4:00 a.m.
The Tampa Police Department says that an unidentified pedestrian was walking on Adamo Drive when they were hit and killed by an unidentified driver. Adamo Drive was closed between 22nd Street North and 34th Street for a few hours while police started an investigation.
So far, Tampa police have not released any other information about the accident. We will monitor for updates as they continue their investigation.
