Man Dead after Boat Crash on Anclote River

Pasco County, FL (10/29/2019) – A boat crashed in the Anclote River on Tuesday. In happened in the morning when the boat crashed into a marker.
The pilot of the boat, Todd Harold Davis, got thrown overboard when the boat crashed. A good samaritan pulled Mr. Davis out of the water. Crews arrived and transported him to the hospital with serious injuries.
Mr. Davis died at the hospital. No other information about the crash is available at this time.
Florida Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission is still investigating the crash.
