Choosing the Right Orlando Personal Injury Lawyer

Selecting the right attorney can significantly impact the outcome of your case. Your lawyer should be:

Experienced – A deep understanding of personal injury law in Orlando, Orange County, and Florida is crucial.
✔ Compassionate – You deserve an attorney who truly cares about your recovery and well-being.
✔ Well-Respected – A strong reputation in the legal community can be an asset when negotiating settlements or litigating in court.

Time is limited for filing a personal injury lawsuit in Florida. Waiting too long to take action could hurt your case. Insurance companies often try to delay claims, hoping victims will settle for less than they deserve.

At Abrahamson & Uiterwyk, we work on a contingency fee basis—meaning you don’t pay any legal fees unless we win your case.

The Abrahamson & Uiterwyk Attorneys and Injury Law Team

“A system of hiring an attorney on an hourly basis rewards inefficiency, creates delays and commonly creates negative issues between the lawyer and the client. Representing clients on a contingency basis in which the law firm earns a percentage of the settlement, however, is much more rewarding for the client and the injury attorneys.”
