Pedestrian Struck in Pasco County Crash Dies in Hospital

New Port Richey, FL (3/22/2020) – A woman died four days after a car hit her in New Port Richey last week. The accident occurred on March 18 around 10:00 p.m. on Ridge Road just west of Lemon Road.
According to the Florida Highway Patrol, 59-year-old Anna Dziadel was walking on the shoulder of Ridge Road when she stepped into the path of a 2017 Kia Forte. The car hit Dziadel and emergency services rushed her to the hospital. She died from her injuries on Saturday.
The identity of the man driving the Kia has not been released. No charges are pending against the driver at this time.
