Crash on US 41 Leaves One Woman Dead

Lutz, FL (1/12/2020) – A fatal car accident in Lutz left all northbound lanes of US 41 closed on Saturday evening. According to the Florida Highway Patrol, the accident occurred around 4:15 p.m.

The victim, 46-year-old Debra Beltramea, attempted to make a U-turn on northbound US 41 near Sunset Lane. She collided with a car occupied by 35-year-old Avinash Kumar, 34-year-old Manpreet Kaur, and a 1-year-old child.

Beltramea was pronounced dead on the scene. According to police, the family in the second car did not sustain any injuries. All parties were wearing seatbelts at the time of the accident.
