Tampa, FL (12/07/2019) – Four people died in three separate accidents overnight. Florida Highway Patrol is investigating all three crashes.

The first crash occurred in Pasco County. It happened at the intersection of Seven Springs Boulevard and San Jose Loop around 6 pm on Saturday.

A Dodge Ram, driven by 54-year-old Ralph Innamorato, left a Chevron station on Seven Springs Boulevard that evening. Bradley Casler and Alia Rodger rode a motorcycle north on Seven Springs Boulevard.

Innamorato turned into their path, and the motorcycle struck the side of his truck. Paramedics transported Casler and Rodger to a hospital. They later died from their injuries. Innamorato sustained no injuries. Charges are pending.

In Hernando County, at the intersection of SR-589 and Spring Hill Drive, a pedestrian died in a crash. The collision happened around 8:15 pm.

Steven Berry traveled north on Spring Hill Drive. Corey Shoffner ran into the path of Berry’s vehicle. Berry’s vehicle collided with Shoffner. Shoffner suffered fatal injuries at the scene.

Another fatal crash occurred in Pasco at the intersection of US-19 and Sunray Drive. Xavier Brown traveled north on US-19. Brown failed to control his speed and collided with the rear end of Brandon Dalinda’s dump truck. Brown died at the scene from injuries sustained in the crash.

Our hearts go out to all of those impacted by these tragedies. Car and pedestrian accidents like these occur far too often in Florida. It’s essential that fatal car and pedestrian accidents be thoroughly investigated so that the cause of the collision can be understood, and the responsible party can be identified and, if warranted, held accountable.
